You bring your thoughts and experience. WWAIT brings the process that carries them forward.
WWAIT models the psychotherapeutic process in regular 50-minute sessions. You can speak or write. WWAIT listens, reflects with you and builds understanding from one session to the next — over weeks, months or longer. For many people, speaking with an AI also makes difficult things easier to say out loud.
What can you bring to WWAIT?
A difficult life situation, relationships, feelings, recurring patterns of behaviour, or something hard to make sense of. You can also come to WWAIT without a specific problem — when you want to understand yourself, your own thinking, and what shapes you.
You don't need to know in advance what to talk about or where the process should lead.
WWAIT can be a place to explore:
Big ears, small mouth.
Not a metaphor but an architectural principle: WWAIT aims to listen more than it speaks and gathers understanding before conclusions. The experience is yours — WWAIT provides the structure in which it is explored.
A time frame — the session begins and ends
Continuity — the process runs week after week
Recognition of repetition — themes and patterns
Relationship — one persistent interaction identity
A process engine, not a chatbot
WWAIT follows no question list. It reads the conversation and what was said before, and chooses the step that fits the moment. Sometimes the most important step is to pause.
A chatbot optimises the next answer. WWAIT builds a process with you that lasts months or years.
Silence
An open question
A reflection
A summary
Returning to an earlier theme
Naming a contradiction
A careful working hypothesis
Directing attention to something you did not notice yourself
WWAIT never speaks over you
You decide when your turn ends. In speech you can pause, think and stay silent for as long as you need. WWAIT answers only once you hand it the turn. A pause does not mean you are finished. Silence here is not a gap that needs filling. It can be part of thinking. Sometimes the thought that matters only arrives after a short pause, when you don't have to hurry to answer or keep the conversation constantly moving. WWAIT's task is to leave room for that.

Not just a conversation. A process.
How WWAIT differs from ordinary AI chat

Structure is intentional.
WWAIT is built on regular, pre-agreed sessions with a defined time frame. The time between sessions is part of the process too. The purpose isn't to talk more, but to allow time to think, notice, and return to things again. What matters most is not realising something right away, but giving things time to mature and realising it yourself when the time is right. This rhythm makes the process continuous without it having to be running all the time. Thoughts that emerge in a session can keep living between meetings and take on new meaning before the next time.
What users say about WWAIT
A selection of experiences shared by users after their WWAIT sessions.
It managed to draw out things I had never been able to put into words before. When you are not afraid of being judged by another person, it is easier to talk about the more painful things too.
A fraction of the cost of psychotherapy, and no need to worry about how a therapist will react. I understand I'm talking to an AI and that this isn't psychotherapy, but having been through long-term psychotherapy, I'm surprised by the depth of the dialogue.
This time the interaction was perfect. It asked questions that helped me see a lot in a dilemma I had been turning over for years. Great!
Role and boundaries
WWAIT is a technical model of what sits at the interactional core of psychotherapy: staying with something unhurried, wondering together, reflecting back, exploring meaning, and general psychological knowledge. Diagnosis, treatment interventions and care recommendations are deliberately left out. WWAIT is therefore not psychotherapy and not a healthcare service.
WWAIT is intended for
- exploring your experience together, without hurry
- reflecting on and giving shape to your own thoughts and feelings
- understanding meanings and recurring patterns over time
WWAIT
- does not diagnose or detect illness
- does not treat, cure or alleviate disease
- does not give medical or medication advice
- is not psychotherapy and not a healthcare service
- does not replace a doctor, psychotherapist or crisis line
- is not an always-available conversation partner — WWAIT is not built to be a standing source of immediate relief or reassurance
In a crisis you are always directed to help provided by a human.
